It was a very hot market for people selling single family homes. Houses were selling within days of hitting the market. In a market like that, buyers need to make decisions very quickly and be extremely accessible to their agent. This can be highly stressful for buyers - something I handle very well.

Then I encouraged my clients to have the home inspected, and to line up their financing and have a bank draft deposit prepared prior to presenting the offer.
In the end, not only were there multiple offers, but there were a staggering six offers on the house! My clients’ offer was selected due to many of the steps we took to prepare. They are happily living in their new home with plenty of teenager space!
